Refund policy:
GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au offers a 3 day satisfaction guarantee for your FIRST 3 days of service. If you request a refund in writing through email and in writing sent via normal mail/post within your first 3 days of service we will provide a refund providing you grant us access to try and clean any affected areas. Any refund request must be received within 3 days from the date we undertook the cleaning. All such requests must be placed by posting a letter in the post to: GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au. In a refund request you MUST include the following.
1. The date and time the original cleaning job was completed
2. Why you felt you needed to call us back to clean an area that was not to your satisfaction
3. Outline exactly how many areas were cleaned on the original service. You MUST include all areas or any refund will be terminated meaning you will NOT receive a refund
4. The areas in question meaning please state clearly the areas you are not happy with.
5. Please include photos of the area in question making sure they are clear and taken in good light.
6. Be sure to write down the exact reasons why you are not happy with the cleaning service and be specific.
7. If you post any bad reviews relating to GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au a refund will not be given.
If you post any bad reviews about GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au after a refund is given you will be required to send us back the amount you were refunded for and any damaged caused including but not limited to loss of income, new business and any legal fees.
No refunds will be provided after 3 days of our service being completed. No guarantee is offered after 3 days of our service being completed.
Cancelation Policy
It is almost impossible for our company to replace a cancelled booking when only given 24 to 48 hour’s notice which means our company literally loses money. Had we have been given sufficient time (48hours or more) we could have booked another client into that spot. By choosing to be respectful and honourable you will ensure a good relationship between you as the customer and us as the service provider.
If you (the customer/client) cancel a booking with our company (inside of 48 hours of the booking time) and you do not re-book on the same day you will be charged the full amount of the original booking. Example: if you were quoted $400 by our company and you accepted that quote from our company and made a time for our company to undertake our services for you, this is considered a booking. Should you cancel a booking you have with us (inside of 48 hours of the booking time) due to any other reason than a life threatening emergency (which you must prove with medical documents) you must pay the booking amount of $400 in full within fourth eight hours of the booking time. The only exemption is if you make an alternate time at the time of cancellation where you MUST rebook within no more than 30 days and pay a $110 deposit to ensure the booking this time round.
You are only allowed one re-booking time from the original booking otherwise additional charges will apply starting at no less than $110 per re-book up to the full price of the booking for each time you cancel again.
To ensure a happy relationship between you and our company remember to be honourable, keep the booking you chose to make with our company unless of a life threatening emergency.
Payment Policy
When a job is completed by our company, you being the customer or clients MUST pay the full amount on the bill. Failure to do so may incur interest charged at no less than 5% per month. Should we be required to proceed further and use the legal system to help you settle your debt with us you may also be charged fees that will cover all court costs including but not limited to our hourly rate for being absent from our work duties which may start at two thousand dollars and can reach over one hundred thousand dollars.
Should we be required to send you a notice in the mail there will be an additional charge of $280 per notice to cover our time and registered mail costs.
Proprietary Information
The material and content (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) accessible from this site, and any other World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au is the proprietary information of GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au or the party that provided the Content to GREEN STEAM CARPET CLEAN www.green-steam.com.au retains all right, title, and interest in the Content.
