Dry-vacuum of the surface: 74-79% of soil present within carpet fibres are dry in nature; if not extracted they will form a mud like solution making it harder to clean.
Application of pre-conditioner loosens up or suspends soils which are present on the fibre.
Agitation of the carpet aids in distribution of preconditioner, helps the solution penetrate and release the soil, allows physical dislodgement of the soil from the fibre.
Clean via steam cleaning extraction water is injected and vacuumed out simultaneously.
Grooming of carpet leaves the carpet free of vacuum wand marks.
Drying time – carpets are left damp with drying time varying depending on the level of soiling from 2 to 8 hours.
